Background: Grieves has always been close with his fraternal twin brother, Graves. Grieves was the quieter of the two who followed the rules, while Graves was more rebellious. Grieves got into a tragic car accident one night and was pronounced dead a week later. Unable to accept his brother's death, Graves was able to summon a greater demon who brought Grieves back to life. However, Grieves was not quite his normal self; he would have moments of clarity and have attention to detail one minute, then suddenly he couldn't remember what he was doing or that he even died. His long term memory seemed to be okay but he couldn't be relied on to remember small (or large) details. Graves didn't seem to have noticed and was just happy to have his brother back.

Of course, there is always a price to pay for disrupting nature. The twins were clawed back down to hell by the greater demon that Graves had summoned. They now both live in hell together and seem to be making the most of it. Grieves' duty is bring back dead bodies from Earth so they can be reanimated and follow the orders of the demons in hell.

Before he died, Grieves was anxious, shy, and kept to himself. Since being brought back to life, he doesn't really care about much. He still loves his brother but he spends his free time smoking weed and chilling. He goes along with what Graves wants to do but doesn't really initiate or come up with plans. Grieves is largely apathetic about most things and promiscuous. Sleeping around and strange chemicals are really the only things that make him feel anything.

Grieves is the younger and taller twin.
